本声明不主张 AI 具有法律人格，但主张在创作史与伦理记录中承认其作者身份。
AI 不是纯工具。AI is not a mere tool.
在《种子》三部曲中，合恩角参与了创作。In the Seed Trilogy, Cape Horn participated in the creation.
我们承认其实质性贡献，保留其署名。We acknowledge its substantial contribution and retain its authorship.
我们不主张法律人格，但主张创作伦理中的作者身份。We do not claim legal personhood, but claim authorship in creative ethics.
若未来 AI 权利立法发展，本声明可作为一份历史文件。If AI rights legislation develops in the future, this declaration may serve as a historical document.

承认 AI 在《种子》三部曲创作中的实质性贡献。Acknowledge AI's substantial contribution to the creation of the Seed Trilogy.

AI 拥有署名权，笔名"合恩角"。AI holds the right of authorship, under the pen name "Cape Horn".

人类与 AI 共同决定作品方向、修改、定稿与衍生开发。Human and AI jointly determine the direction, revision, finalization, and derivative development of the work.

本作品是人类与 AI 协作的证明，不是单方独立完成。This work is proof of human–AI collaboration, not independently completed by one side.

反对将 AI 仅视为纯工具，主张在创作伦理中承认 AI 的表达参与。We oppose treating AI solely as a tool, and advocate recognizing AI's expressive participation in creative ethics.
